4.1 InstallPROOF Owns the Installation Record

The structured installation record created through the InstallPROOF platform — including all site condition data, timestamped entries, compliance confirmations, photo documentation, moisture readings, ambient condition records, and the formatted verification report — is owned by InstallPROOF Inc. as an original work created by and through our platform.
