Do my subs each need their own subscription?+
No. Your company subscribes and your crews work under your account. We size the setup to your crew count on a walkthrough call.
What happens to job records when a sub leaves?+
Records for jobs done under your account stay with your account. The installer keeps access to their own work history, because that protects them too, but your job files don’t leave with them. If you ever cancel, you can export your records for 90 days.
Does this replace the retail program’s own photo requirements?+
No. It makes them easier to meet. Your crews capture what the program asks for, in a consistent format, with a locked record behind it.
Does InstallPROOF decide whether an install passed?+
No. InstallPROOF confirms the evidence was captured, when and where. The installer attests to their own work. It’s a neutral record, not a judge.
Can it connect to our job management system?+
A job-system connector is in development now. Tell us what you run and we’ll tell you honestly where it stands.
How is our data protected?+
Records are encrypted, timestamped and locked once submitted, and the platform is hosted on AWS. Access is scoped to your organization. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement are published in full on our Legal page.
Will my crews push back?+
Some will at first. The ones who understand it come around quickly, because the record shows the subfloor they were handed. It’s the best defence an installer has.
